    Laura Denholm MSc BA (Hons), Surveyor
    Laura has an RICS-accredited MSc in Real Estate Investment and Finance and has in-depth knowledge of residential leasehold law and statutory valuations. Laura joined Best Gapp in 2012 and assists in residential and commercial rent reviews, development appraisals and valuations relating to restrictive covenants imposed on residential freehold and leasehold titles.She is working towards qualifying as an RICS member but away from work Laura's likes include signing up to ridiculously long distance sporting events (and not always completing them), hockey, green peas and tea.

    Alberto Cordero BSc (Hons), Commercial Surveyor
    Alberto has developed expert knowledge of lettings and sales in prime central London, enfranchisement law, planning research and property valuations. Alberto has been working in our Recovery Department for the past 9 years as one of the main case officers with direct input on exit strategy and implementation. He has also experience on management and maximising asset values on mixed property portfolios, residential valuations, sales, lettings, enfranchisement and commercial sales and acquisitions. He speaks four languages including French, Spanish and Italian.He says one of the best things about working at Best Gapp is gaining first-hand experience of different areas of the practice, from valuations, property management and lettings to commercial sales and acquisitions and the day-to-day running of a mixed use property portfolio.
