For your safety and security all our properties have security alarm systems or CCTV and coded intercom access system. To give our tenants added peace of mind the vast majority of our properties are registered with the University of Sheffield or Sheffield Hallam University, MAF Properties are also members of Sheffield City Council’s Responsible Landlords Scheme, Sheffield & District Landlords Association and the Residential Landlords Association.

All MAF Properties come equipped with a House Manual that contains instructions for all appliances, a range of safety information and lots of other useful information to help you tenancy go smoothly. If you do have any problems once you are settled in your MAF property we have a dedicated maintenance team who will endeavour to resolve any issues as soon as possible and are available 24 hours for emergencies.
