    Andrew Ranson is part of a dedicated specialist Farm Agency team of rural agents and valuers, providing an outstanding service valuing and marketing farms and land.     Gary Hooper - Chartered Surveyor
    Gary is part of Stags Professional Team covering Cornwall and Devon. He has been a Chartered Surveyor for over 20 years, is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a RICS Registered Valuer and a Qualified Expert Witness. 
     Gary leads Stags Survey department and conducts Level 2 (Homebuyers) and Level 3 (Building Surveys) on a full range of properties across Cornwall and Devon ranging from traditional cottages to new build houses and everything in between. He is particularly experienced in the survey of traditional period properties including large country houses with a real interest in listed buildings and those of architectural merit.
    Based out of Launceston and Truro offices, he receives a range of valuation and associated instructions from solicitors, accountants, other professionals and private individuals on many aspects and types of property related issues across Cornwall and West Devon. His key interest and specialism lies in the valuation of high end residential properties together with those with income potential or producing elements.
