Based in Fernwood, we are the only agent in Balderton and are perfectly placed to serve Fernwood, Balderton, the surrounding villages and Newark itself.

Our motto - Right Where You Need Us! reflects our very convenient location on the Fernwood estate, with plenty of free parking right outside the door and easy access from the A1 and the surrounding area. No need to shlep into Newark town centre and struggle to park, you can be in and out in a jiffy - or stay for a cup of tea if you have time!

We really enjoy our work. We get an enormous amount of satisfaction from working with landlords to realise their investment returns and possibly even more enjoyment from seeing the faces of tenants on the day they collect the keys to their new home! We believe this passion for what we do spills over into every area of our business.
