        I was a first time buyer with a smallish budget, looking for a property in London. I had been warned from the outset by friends and family 'not to trust the estate agents'. After several poor experiences with many of London's large estate agents (for example not turning up to viewings, not returning calls or telling me straight out that my budget wasn't worth their time), I came across Darshil at Winkworth. I was fully prepared to expect the same, but instead from the outset Darshil was helpful and professional. From the initial viewings themselves (on time, well-informed, friendly), throughout the sale process (he helped push it along and was often more helpful than my solicitor) all the way through to the move-in (like the congratulations card in my kitchen when I first let myself in the flat). Really impressed, thank you so much for making the experience of buying your first flat in London much less daunting!
