Guildford provides a wider range of excellent shopping and amenities are available in Guildford town centre in addition to the mainline station with services into London from around 35 minutes. Godalming station is also around 2 miles away and offers a regular link to London in just over 40 mins. The A3 provides a direct route to London and the south coast. Guildford lies on the northern edge of The Surrey Hills AONB with the property having access to miles of walking and riding in the surrounding countryside.
