      Inspired to make a difference for our clients.

      And what better reminder than naming our company after our two young children, Grace and Arthur.

      Like so many of our clients, we work hard to juggle work and family life so we understand the pressures you face. It's one of the reasons we intentionally do things differently, making sure we're always respectful of your time and giving you choice in how and when you'd like us to contact you.

      We've lived in Chalfont St Peter since 2010 and love being part of the community here and in the surrounding villages. It's what motivates us to find the best homes for the wonderful people that live here, and we're always excited to welcome new families to the area.

      We both come from backgrounds that focus on relationships, so we know the value of taking a people-first approach. Sarah worked in marketing and management before our children were born. And Ryan has been in the property industry all his career, working for an independent estate agency and Savills before setting up Arthur Grace.

      I grew up in Pinner and moved to Chalfont St. Peter in 2010. Sarah and I married at St Joseph's Church in 2013 and the local area has been great for us both before and after having children.

      I have a love for connecting people with property, for me there is no greater reward than finding that next home for someone; seeing the excitement of them visualising themselves living in a property, then going on to plan room layouts, décor colours and finally moving in. It is such an exciting process.

      I started my career in the property sector back in 2003, and during that time I worked for a well-respected independent estate agency for 10 years and experienced the 2007 crash. Then moving onto Savills, very much the premium corporate estate agency, where I was working in and around The Chalfonts and Chiltern area for more than 6 years. 

      Since buying our first property, we have gone onto invest in further properties to be landlords, sell them as investors and now developing properties.

      I moved to Chalfont St. Peter, from Harrow on the Hill, when Ryan and I bought our first property together on Grove Lane (where we still live today). We have always loved the village and the community spirit has been a great setting to raise our children. 

      M y passion is people. In my previous roles in marketing and management, people are not only what make a business but make the experience re-memorable. Forging long term relationships and being there for that person is truly rewarding. 

       The property bug came from Ryan, he had grown up around property so it was rather inevitable, mine started when we brought our first property in 2010 and it has just spiraled. 

      I have had the pleasure of working both in the village and in London.
